A year ago I started this section of my blog where on the last Monday of the month I share my favourite meal from the month and well I have brought it back! YAY!!! Okay so in my head I was hearing cheering and clapping didn’t you? No? Okay lets move on…
So this past month I have been extra obsessed with avocados! There are just so many ways to eat them but my favourite has been avocado toast! I love this for breakfast! I just mash up the avocado add in some pepper and sea salt plus chilli flakes then add an egg on top! Bam done! It is just so simple and a healthy breakfast!
